4. Ask your friends to have a look at your dissertation. It does not matter if they have knowledge of the subject or not. This is to check if the textual flow provides easy reading. Too many citations may confuse readers if you have not linked the different pages with each other. You would then be able to limit your citations and acknowledgments based on their comments.
